The single-vineyard Fieramonte takes Allegrini's Amarone to the highest level: a single hill block in the Classico zone with extreme concentration, the Oseleta component adding signature pepper warmth to the cedar-espresso complex.

What it pairs with

  • Venison loin with juniper and black truffle
The wine's iron-mineral spine and dried-fruit intensity embrace the gamey, earthy complexity of venison and truffle.
  • Aged Asiago d'Allevo 24 months
Long-aged Asiago's crystalline texture and nutty salt amplify the wine's concentration.

History

Fieramonte was one of the first single-vineyard Amarone bottlings in the Classico zone, pioneered by Allegrini to demonstrate site-level expression within the appellation. The vineyard in Fumane faces south-east and benefits from optimal diurnal range for slow Corvina drying.

  1. 1983 — First Fieramonte single-vineyard Amarone release, among the earliest in Classico
