What it pairs with

  • Crema catalana
The caramelised sugar topping resonates with the wine's toffee and orange notes.
  • Roasted chestnuts and nuts
The nutty richness and sweet dried fruit of the wine complement roasted winter nuts.
  • Dark chocolate fondant
Mocha and dark fruit in the wine bridge the intense chocolate centre.
