History
Named after the biblical patriarch Methuselah, the Matusalem solera was founded in 1827 and represents one of the oldest continuous soleras at González Byass. Certified VORS (Very Old Rare Sherry) by the Consejo Regulador under rigorous sampling and analytical criteria, confirming minimum 30 years average age.
