Pure Sangiovese Toscana IGT from the Conca d'Oro amphitheatre at Panzano, polished and graphite-toned with extraordinary precision.

What it pairs with

  • Roast beef tenderloin
Flaccianello's elegance partners equally elegant beef.
  • Pappardelle al cinghiale Find pappardelle al cinghiale on TableJourney →
The game-leather signature meets Flaccianello's spice register.
  • Aged Pecorino Toscano
Crystalline cheese amplifies the wine's red-fruit acid.

History

Giovanni Manetti's flagship pure Sangiovese, first released 1981 from the Conca d'Oro amphitheatre at Panzano. Helped legitimise 100 percent Sangiovese as a Super Tuscan idiom.
