Pioneering single-vineyard Muscadet from granite parcels. An early site-specific Muscadet bottling, established in the 1970s; ages beautifully on lees.

What it pairs with

  • Oysters with mignonette
Saline mineral edge and shellfish brine align; citrus replaces vinegar shallot.
  • Plateau de fruits de mer
Full saline mineral handles oysters, langoustines, whelks and crab in a single sip.
  • Steamed lobster with drawn butter
Pure shellfish meets the wine's saline texture and chalky finish; creamy lees handle butter.
  • Sushi and sashimi
Tense acidity and saline mineral edge handle delicate raw fish without overpowering soy.
