Ackerman's iconic Cremant de Loire, named for the son of founder Jean-Baptiste Ackerman. Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc each vinified separately, blended for harmony: ripe white and red fruit, brioche and dried fruit length, with a delicately spiced white-pepper finish.

What it pairs with

  • Foie gras terrine with brioche
Brioche aromatics and dried-fruit length frame the rich liver and toasted bread.
  • Roast guinea fowl with grapes
Ripe stone fruit and red-berry register echo the fruit jus on white-meat poultry.
  • Scallop carpaccio with truffle
Long, fleshy palate and white-pepper spice align with raw shellfish and truffle.
  • Aged Comte 36 months
Nutty, crystalline hard cheese sharpens the wine's biscuit and dried-fruit length.
